Seeking better health

My name is Jennifer. I am American. I am the mother of 4 boys living in Amman Jordan. I have been hit hard by unfortunate physical handicaps leaving me unable to work or leave the house most days. Diabetes took my sight completely in my left eye and my right eye damaged. I have charcot joint in my right foot which led to operation after operation ending with ankle fusion. I struggle daily with side affects and complications with my foot. I am currently awaiting my 7th foot surgery. technology is so far behind here leaving me with no further options for my sight or foot. I want to go back to America where I will have opportunities not available to me living in a third world country which also includes education for my sons. We will only be taking our clothing with us so we will need tickets, passport fees (they are all expired), and money to get an apartment set up(furniture/pots and pans/everything else involved in opening a home). We will be starting over from zero. Please help me regain health, Independence, and peace of mind knowing my boys and i will have a bright future to look forward to.
