Seek refuge

I am trying to gather Funds to help my niece in Kedar, a settlement outside Jerusalem, to seek refuge as war and terror sweep through Israel. My niece, Noy has already done her military service and is a special education teacher currently pursuing a masters in education and unemployed. She has a heart of gold and spent her last two years working in an orphanage. She would never ask for money but I am appealing to my friends to gather funds for her to seek refuge as soon as she can. Please help Noy to make it possible to get out of the country to safety when she is ready. We have offered for her to stay with us and work with us in Thailand and she has come to live and work with us in Monterey the past two summers to save up for her school fees.
