Hi! My name is Blake Treharne and I am the writer, director and producer of the upcoming surrealist dark comedy "Seeing Jim".

The short film follows a timid office worker, Jim, who finds himself the subject of a mysterious writer's attention after an encounter on the bus.

Using the style of a thriller and the tone of an absurdist comedy, the film will explore modern alienation, surveillance culture, and the nature of storytelling.

This is an independent production being produced without outside funding. Your support through this funding campaign will assist us with various production costs, including employing cast and crew, equipment rental, props and costumes, and location hire. It will also help with film festival entries to get our film in front of audiences.
