December 6, 2019, I suffered a severe stroke. I lost all movement and motion to my right (dominant) side...I had to learn how to walk again and complete the small task we take for granted, like wiggling our toes.

Later, mid January 2020, I was also diagnosed with MS..Multiple Sclerosis, but #itsMISStoyou

I never let this auto immune disease dictate my life...until it disturbed my peace. My vision that is...

My right eye has been impacted by the nerve damage the MS has caused. Admitted to the hospital on 4/9/24, I'm being told it could be months to repair the nerve damage caused in my retina.

MS flare ups have contributed to this paralysis. It remains dormant until STRESS awakes it.

As an entrepreneur, a single mom, living in a city alone...that's stressful within itself. However, I've been weathering this storm for 16 years! What doesn't kill us makes us stronger

Over the next 3 to 4 months, I will be trying to stay stress free and working on getting my vision recovered.

I will have to work with an optimologist, neurologist and possibly impatient rehab.

I am essentially my business, with the help of my manager whom I adore. But, that's gonna be quite difficult
