Since I moved back to Charlotte in the past month, I just started working (2) full time jobs at local restuarants and will also work retail for the holiday season.
On the side, I am also working with individuals and small businesses, assisting them with various technology-related services, including, but not limited to: merchant services, online sales, web site development, multimedia, accounting, online marketing, SEO, application, software integration, cloud-based services, Software as aService (SaaS), etc

I recently applied to and was accepted into a special 6-month Coding Bootcamp Program at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte. In the program, students learn HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, React.js, Node.js, C#, .Net, Database Theory, Bookshelf.js, MongoDB, MySQL, Command Line, Git, etc while building a portfolio of web applications. Students are also directly exposed, introduced, and interact with local Charlotte businesses employing programmers.
The program runs from February 2017-August 2017 and classes are held Tuesday evenings, Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. at the UNCC Uptown campus.
The total cost of the program is $9500($8500 if paid in full before . The program is limited to the first 25 students that are accepted that pay the $2500 deposit, which is required to reserve your seat in the class. So time is very important.
I have been declined for students loans so far and have been unable to find a cosigner. With that in mind, I am trying to raise money to pay the deposit, as I will make enough between now and when the program starts. I will also be able to continue working for the duration of the program as well.
Once again, as the program is limited, I need to raise the money in order to reserve my spot in the class ASAP!
I am very interested in this program as it will give me skills that I can immediately put to use and directly increase my job prospects, while at the same time giving me more skills that will make me more valuable, and competitive for future degree programs.
I have exhausted all other options financially and am motivated to futher my education and self, and be in the position to do more for my self and others. Thank you.
