The Sacred Vedic Arts cultural center and museum is a continuing evolution of the Gauḍīya Vedānta Outreach Community Center.
It is the next step in its growth.
This Vedic lifestyle center, directed by Śrīmāti Śyāmarāṇī Dīdī, under the guidance of her spiritual masters, Śrīla A.C. Bhaktivedānta Svāmī Prabhupāda and Śrīla Bhaktivedānta Nārāyaṇa Gosvāmī Mahārāja, will provide spiritual upliftment through its Visual and Performing, Brahmanical, Literary, and Culinary arts offerings.
The centerpiece will be the museum, which will feature original pieces from world-famous Vaiṣṇava artists, including over 200 masterpieces by Śyāmarāṇī Dīdī. Additionally, it will feature high-tech dioramas, virtual reality experiences, bas reliefs, and musical and dance performances.
In addition to the museum, the center will maintain a temple to train spiritual seekers in Brahmanical standards and men’s and women’s āśramas for up to 50 live-in bhakti-yoga aspirants. Guests will have the opportunity to stay in an attractive guest house.
The live-in yogi and yoginis will provide the local community with blessed food (prasādam) through a donation-based kitchen and food truck, distribute Vedic wisdom books, and spread the joy of devotional singing (harināma-sankīrtan).
This nonprofit Museum & Center will sustain its operations through an endowment fund. All donations will be invested in dharma-compliant projects and used in perpetuity to preserve and propagate the artistic culture of the Vedic tradition.
We are seeking $100,000 to start the endowment fund; however, our vision cannot begin to manifest until we obtain $50 million. This $50 million will allow us to purchase and renovate a property in Miami as well as sustain and expand our Gurus' organization for decades. You can find a PDF of our proposal on our website.
Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. We are a 501(c)3 organization and are happy to provide a tax-exempt receipt. If you would like to make a substantial donation towards our $50 million goal, an in-person presentation of our proposal from our board of directors, or a tax-exempt receipt, please contact us through our website.
We look forward to welcoming you to our new center in Miami soon.
