Seed Money for Cameron's dream job

Donation protected
My friend, Cameron, is not on Facebook so this is super convenient since this is a SURPRISE for his 30th birthday on Jan 1.

I'm his friend and I have a story to tell.

Some of you may know Cameron as the fiery preacher.
Some of you may him as Cameron the world-class chef.
Or maybe you know him as Cam the killer carpenter.
Or as Ashley Stewart's husband.

Probably only some of you know him as Cameron the clothing designer. That's right, your friend the cook/chef/preacher is a diehard men's fashion guru. He's familiar with every clothier, fashion blogger, and pattern maker this side of the Western Hemisphere (and most of the ones on the Eastern!), and if you've seen him at a party or a conference, you know he puts passion into practice. His style choices are always timeless and perfectly suited for the moment.

(Cam designed this stunning green jacket!)

About eighteen months ago, Cameron entertained the idea of turning his passion for men's fashion from a hobby into a business. Immediately he began researching differently possibilities - reaching out to manufactures all over the world, watching ever MORE fashion vlogs (as if that was possible!), and sampling out different textiles, suit structures, and mills.

About a year into research, Triarii Custom Clothier was born.

Side note: Triarri were one of the elements of the early Roman military manipular legions of the early Roman Republic. They were always properly suited up for the task at hand. Which is what Cameron's goal is - get men properly suited up for the task at hand.

He's recently drafted the first round of his five year plan for Triarii. Each part of the 5-year plan has broken down into tasks and categorized by cost and level of prioritization. Everything form incorporating Triarii to the photo shoot.

I'm a fellow small business owner, so I know how critical this formative stage of business is.  Hopes are big, but the budget isn't. I wanted to give all of Cameron's friends (and my friends, too!) and chance to 'sew' some seed money into Cameron's fashion dream.

Here are some projects for Year 1:

Incorporating Triarii: $300
Photography shoot: $2250 (this includes photographer, talent, and suiting)
Business cards: $50
Tickets to visit mill in England: $485
Camera for informal photo shoot: $540
Logo design & development: $200
Fall show registration: $900
Tradeshow materials: $345 (backdrop) + $150 (mannequin) + $90 (swatch books)

His birthday is Jan 1, so we have just about two weeks to celebrate Cam and infuse some cash into his startup.  Cameron has NO idea I'm doing this and would probably a die a thousand deaths if he knew of it. Your monetary support, prayers, and encouragement, will mean the world to him. Once we get Triarii going on Facebook and Instagram, you can follow him there and track his progress and success.

Thanks, Cameron's friends!
