His healthcare team anticipates permanent nerve damage and disability. Caleb is also an infantry and cavalry scout non-commissioned officer in the Washington Army National Guard with nearly 20 years of military experience. Due to his injuries, he faces possible medical dismissal from the armed services due to this senseless act of violence.
