Over the past several years, my family and I have endured an extended legal and personal journey that has required extraordinary resilience, substantial financial sacrifice, and continued commitment to protecting our future through the proper legal process.

After relocating to Cumberland, Maryland during the pandemic in 2020, my immediate focus was providing stability for my household as a single parent of four children while continuing to work and rebuild during a difficult national period. What followed, however, was a sequence of workplace disputes, formal complaints, administrative actions, court proceedings, and additional legal complications that expanded far beyond what any family should reasonably be expected to manage alone.

As these matters developed, the impact extended into multiple areas of life, including employment instability, family-related legal stress, school-related disputes involving my daughter, and prolonged emotional strain affecting our household over several years. These circumstances created repeated interruptions to financial security and long-term planning, while also requiring continued emotional support for both myself and my daughter through therapy and structured services.

To reach this stage, I have already invested more than $15,000 of my own resources into legal defense connected to the criminal phase of these matters, including attorney fees, court costs, legal filings, consultations, and case preparation. Those expenses were necessary simply to protect my rights and responsibly navigate the earlier legal proceedings.

I am now preparing for the civil legal phase and seeking to raise $15,000 to secure the legal representation necessary to move forward with professionalism and proper advocacy. The first $5,000 will immediately secure the legal team and attorney retainer required to begin active representation, legal review, and strategic case preparation. Remaining funds will directly support filings, legal documentation, evidence preparation, consultations, and additional court-related costs as this matter progresses.

This effort is not simply about legal fees—it is about preserving access to due process, securing qualified representation, and ensuring that my family has a fair opportunity to move forward through the legal system with the support required to do so responsibly.

For years, I have carried these responsibilities privately while continuing to provide for my children and maintain dignity through prolonged uncertainty.
