Over the last 50 years, Sizewell Hall has become a place of rich memories. People from all backgrounds and walks of life have found a place where they can come together to worship, learn, rest, and be renewed. Sizewell Hall stands as a sanctuary where the Word of God is taught, and lives are changed. A place of connection by the sea.

We have been very blessed to have had a long-standing relationship with the Ogilvie family, the present owners of Sizewell Hall, to whom we still pay rent every month, having taken on the lease 50 years ago.

The Ogilvie family has generously offered our Charity the exclusive option to purchase Sizewell Hall. We believe, after much prayer and deliberation, that the Board of Directors has been given a remarkable, God-given opportunity to purchase Sizewell Hall on behalf of future generations and to secure the work and vision of those who more than 50 years ago saw a chance to change lives for Christ in this place. The Board set a target of £2 million to make the purchase outright and carry out the necessary additional work to reduce ongoing costs.

Thanks to generous donations from individuals, Churches and Trusts we have made great in roads on our target.

Ideally, we would love to have no borrowing but an “agreement in principle” has been offered as a loan of £300,000 which takes us just beyond £1,000,000.

To secure the Hall's future we need to raise another £200k by the end of this year.
