Pricing has increased lately. Roofing quotes are closer to 20k now.

This was a photo the roof inspector took. I did find one man willing to do the roof for $8k and our attic access for a combined $10k. I'd really like to get our roof done before winter!

After exhausting every resource available to us, we’ve been left with no options. We're on a fixed income and cannot afford the major repairs that are now essential to continue living safely and independently in our home.

$8000-20000– Roof Repairs *updated price to show quotes given. If we can raise the $8000 I'm going with that quote first!

Our roof is in serious need of repair and could cause further damage if not addressed soon. Insurance refuses to cover us without it replaced.

$2000-3000 for safe attic access as currently there is no drop down stairs or cover to the attic. It's an open hole. We need to finish the access to fix the roof safely inside too
