Help Keanyn Fight for the Care He Was Promised

Keanyn is a 24-year-old young man who has lived his entire life with cerebral palsy — the result of complications during birth that led to a malpractice settlement when he was a toddler.

That settlement was meant to secure

Keanyn's lifelong care, therapy, and medical needs. The funds were placed in a trust to protect and support him.

But today, that promise is being broken.

Keanyn has been denied access to any financial benefits from his trust — the very resources intended to support his daily care. Now, the trustee (an attorney) is trying to remove Keanyn's mother, his full-time caregiver and lifelong advocate, from any role in protecting him or ensuring his needs are met.

Keanyn can't fight this legal battle alone.
