Help Rosaleah Get Justice at Family Court!
My daughter, Rosaleah (now 13), is asking the court to grant me (her mother) full custody of her, freeing her from the neglect and psychological abuse she suffered for years in her father's unhealthy home, and allowing us to make a fresh start.

On June 23 and 24th, Ulster County Family Court (New York State) will be hearing our case. Rosaleah's father is attempting to gain full custody of her against her will. Rosaleah and I MUST appear in court in person, but we have no means to make the 800 mile journey from Danville, KY.

Lack of affordable housing pushed us from New England. Enduring community connections- at the Pioneer Playhouse, where I spent summers with my Dad as a teen- drew us to this small college town that offers all we need to begin anew and flourish after we win in court. Money that we raise more than necessary to replace my recently deceased car will go towards a security deposit so we can move out of our camper before cold weather hits.

Asking for help is not my habit, but we need help now. Rosaleah deserves a life free from the mental instability which overwhelmed her when she was trapped in her father's paranoid world. Please show her that you care and that she has support from her community to attain what she needs for health, to triumph over adversity, and to move forward fearlessly into the bright future she deserves.
We can only get there with your help. Please help us get to Family Court in New York *June 23* so we can secure justice and a healthy home for Rosaleah.
And please pass this along to anyone that might be willing to help us at this time.
I am deeply grateful for my community. Thank you very much!
