Secure Craig's Belongings, Save His Job

My name is Craig. I am a 45-year-old autistic seasoned carpenter. I’m recognized as developmentally disabled by the state and under the care of an SLS waiver and AI avenues.
In January, I started the process to move and start a new job in a different county. Due to gross negligence and being completely ignored by my services, that were responsible for helping me move, I was forced to move out of my old place on April 1st. Instead of moving to my new place, I have been stranded in a parking lot, completely ignored by my services in Boulder, CO. All my services and the apartment where I’m moving are waiting for me and also being ignored by my services here.
All my tools are pawned just trying to get by while waiting, and my storage with all my belongings is overdue $265. My storage will be taken from me in 4 days. If I don’t come up with $2500 now to secure my belongings, I will lose everything. Just my tools would cost over $50k to replace. And if I don’t come up with $9k, I have no way to move and return to work. This was not a problem a month ago when I thought they were arranging everything for me to move, but now I’ve been abandoned and ignored so long I have no way to help myself.
The whole reason for my move is to build a 21-unit affordable housing project in Georgetown, Colorado. If I lose everything, not only is that not going to happen, but I will have lost my only way to survive. I am sorry I need help, but I hope anyone has it in their heart to help me.
