Secure Aspen's Future in Memory of Katie

Hello all friends, family and beyond. My name is Kristen. I am Daniel’s girlfriend. I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of Dani’s beautiful daughter Aspen and Katie’s (Aspen’s mother) family.

With an extremely heavy heart, due to an unforeseen and traumatic event that happened on the evening of August 23rd, 2024, Katie passed away.

Katie was a beautiful soul and loved by everyone she crossed paths with. She was a phenomenal mother, daughter, aunt, friend and family member to many and always lit up the room with her contagious smile. Katie will be missed deeply by everyone and this tragedy leaves a hole in everyone’s heart. With great sadness and pain, Aspen is now left without her mother. Aspen was the light of her life and loved her mama like no other.

I am so incredibly sad for everyone this affects and my sincere condolences to each and every one of you. May you all remember her in great spirits and keep her daughter in your thoughts and prayers always.

As I’ve been asked by friends and family of Katie, I am creating this GoFundMe to ask you all for prayers, emotional and financial support to raise money for Aspen and her future in all aspects. Every penny raised will be put in a savings account to help with future education expenses, child care, clothing, all all other items needed to help make this long journey ahead easier.

Dani wants to thank each one of you in advance for any form of support you show during this time. It takes a village to raise a child, and every bit of support in any form helps greatly.
