What started as a lighthearted joke on social media quickly turned into something much bigger than I ever expected. For years, my husband and I have been carrying the weight of significant debt. Some of these accounts even went to collections after we faced over a year of unemployment. It was a tough time, but we’ve been working hard to get back on our feet and slowly chip away at what we owe.

I began sharing my journey online, secretly making payments and documenting the process to see how long it would take for my husband to notice. To my surprise, the story resonated with so many people, and the support from this community has been incredible.
