Hello, my name is Serena Mein. I am 41 years old, a wife, and a mother to 6. I just had to have a second brain surgery in 3 years and I am out of work, which means there is no money coming in from my end. I work two jobs and my husband also works, but the way the economy is, there is no way we will be able to cover these new medical expenses on top of our current bills.
