Please help Enzo with a second chance.

Yesterday afternoon, my 2 year old Golden Retriever stopped acting like his sweet self. We noticed that he was lying in the same place for almost 30 minutes and was not responding to us when we offered him a treat or asked him to play. He began to lose control of his bowels and have convulsions. We took him to an emergency vet where they began to stabilize him immediately. His blood sugar level was 23 (normal is 90-120) and they were unable to register a blood pressure. We soon realized that his liver and kidneys were shutting down. Because of this, Enzo is having bleeding problems and cannot keep his blood sugar in a normal range. We used all the money and credit we had to give the animal hospital a deposit of $ 2,000.00 for admission, but Enzo now requires plasma transfusions and large intravenous catheters to administer all the medications and fluids he needs. My normally healthy 2 year old puppy is now fighting for his life. The pain I feel from not being able to financially support his care and possibly having to lose him is unlike anything I have ever felt before. I do not wish this on anyone, although I am too familiar with how the loss and pain of a loved one can affect us. This morning we decided to stop Enzo's suffering, when we disconnected him from his fluids and dextrose - Enzo showed us that he was not ready to give up. When the vet and technicians who have been caring for Enzo witnessed this, it was decided that we couldn't just surrender him, we couldn't give up on him. I am asking anyone who has the ability to help or share this post to help fight for Enzo. Anything and everything will be appreciated. Please help me give my dog a second chance.
