Prom is coming to Short Creek! Right now, there is a space that will make a great reception center, but it's in bad shape. Right now, we are looking for ways to fundraise for new wood floors. The need is 1,900 square feet of (preferably) engineered hard wood. The cost of this flooring will be 8,000. Whatever money is saved will go toward renovations of the space as a future reception center. 

Once the flooring is in place, there will be a community barn-raising-style event where we put in the floor with a fun event after. The event is a First-Prom. Most adults in the FLDS never got to experience prom night, so we are going to put one on.
