Today has been a doozy. Honestly, the past few years have been.
My divorce was finalized today, and I’m deep in the aftermath of everything that happened with Bubbles. The emotional and legal toll has been overwhelming, and while I’ve been doing everything I can to stay afloat, the truth is—I’m struggling. And I’m running out of options.
Most people don’t know the full extent of what I’ve been facing legally, largely because I’ve been too ashamed to share. When Bubbles started falling apart, I didn’t want to give up. I poured every ounce of love, time, energy, and every last dollar into trying to save it. I believed in the dream, and I still do. But it’s left me in a really tough spot.
Now I’m staring down a legal deadline that requires me to come up with as much as $90,000 within a week. If I’m lucky, the court will agree to split it between both parties—leaving me responsible for $50,000. If I don’t come up with the money in time, I’m facing jail time or a felony. That’s the devastating reality I’m in.
I’ve exhausted every option I can think of. Loans, work, odd jobs, freelance gigs—I’ve tried everything. And now I’m humbly opening myself up to the kindness of others.
