Second chance for Sunny D.

10/16/24 new update! Today is the day!! We’re at AVMI in LA ready to meet with the vet. AVMI has a drop off in the VCA animal medical center on Wednesdays. They will transport Sunny to Tustin to stay overnight at their facility. Sunny is nervous. At this moment he’s getting the scanned and the vet will contact me tonight with the results

update - Sunny had a teeth cleaning and teeth extractions but the iodine radiation is too costly for the rescue. The treatment is $3,200 your donations are tax deductible, a few days without a Starbucks won’t hurt. All funds will go towards Sunny through the rescue.

I perform TNR and often come across abandoned or dumped cats. Sunny was left behind and living under a duplex. After rescuing and placing with Kitten Rescue, he shows signs of abuse, lab work shows hyperthyroid, and needs dental attention. I’m hoping to raise money for him to cover his medical, which would help Kitten Rescue a lot! thyroid treatment is around/close to 2k and dental treatment is minimum of 500.00++ after medical treatment he will be ready for adoption.
