Hello I am  Scott  and  Judy Weatherby's neighbor Lorraine.  I have started a GoFundMe for his dog Chantz medical bills. Chantz was accidentally hit on Tuesday Sept 1st by a car that stopped then took off running over Chantz and dragging him. Chantz has optical nerve damage and my never see again and is having hip surgery today Sept 5th. To date Scott's medical bills are at $11,000.00 with more to come. Chance is still a puppy at 21 months.
