Hi there, Mark and Daniel here, and today we're asking you to help us raise money for Sebastian - a wonderful, albeit grumpy at times, cat that we adopted 5 years ago from a shelter.

A few months back, our cat was becoming notably hungrier than usual, getting ever more demanding, but he started also vomiting up food which became more and more frequent over a very short period. We took him to the vets and after a biopsy was eventually completed, he was diagnosed with a form of cancer.

His symptoms are apparently atypical so it took a little while longer for the vets to come to a conclusion, but they have since concluded that he has a form of cancer known as large cell lymphoma.

He's been given about 2 to 4 months with the current steroid solution he's on. With the chemo his life could be extended another 2 or more years.

We've been provided with a treatment plan which is 10 weeks of chemo pills and intravenous injections followed by ongoing maintenance doses at longer intervals.

Any help you might be able to provide will go towards paying for his treatment and would be greatly appreciated. In the event the money raised from this exceeds his treatment costs, any surplus will be donated to an appropriate animal charity.
