Sebastian Tadeo Velázquez Adame a strong warrior was born January 25,2022. Sebastian was diagnosed with Digeorge Syndrome and had his first open heart surgery February 9th 2022. Sebastian has been in and out of the hospital due to rhino virus and blood infection. After fighting both illnesses and finally going home, on August 13, 2022 sweet Sebastian tested positive for RSV. Due to the lack of oxygen Sebastian’s heart stopped beating at 7:50 AM, but with the help of the doctors and nurse he was able to get his heart beat once again but not for long. On August 14, 2022 at 1:35 PM Sebastian Tadeo lost his battle on earth and became a beautiful angel in heaven. This go fund me is to help out with medical and funeral expenses. Thank you!
