Hi, this is my grandfather. He is 93 years old and he lives in Venezuela. He is a kind, lovely, and the best grandfather in the world. We are currently trying to collect money for his surgery. He was diagnosed with bladder balloon due to prostatic hyperplasia and recurrent urinary infections. At the moment, he has a Foley catheter permanently, and he needs surgery to fix this problem (Suprapubic Protastectomy) because that condition is risking his life a making him more vulnerable to infections, and he needs to use a mix of antibiotics in his body, for the above reasons he will need to stay in intensive care a day after this surgery. It is expensive and we don't have any insurance to help us pay for this procedure. He has a previous cardiac condition; pacemaker implantation in 2019 and a venous thrombosis this month (10/04/23) with acute ischemic in the left leg, this condition was diagnosed a couple of days before the previous surgery Suprapubic Protastectomy, for this reason, we used the money collected before for the catheterism of the left leg. Hola, este es mi abuelo. Tiene 93 años y vive en Venezuela. Es una bondad, un encanto y el mejor abuelo del mundo. Actualmente estamos tratando de recaudar dinero para su cirugía. Se le diagnosticó balón vesical por hiperplasia prostática e infecciones urinarias a repetición. Actualmente tiene un catéter de Foley de forma permanente y necesita una cirugía para solucionar este problema (Protastectomía Suprapúbica), porque esa condición está poniendo en riesgo su vida y lo hace más vulnerable a infecciones por lo que necesita usar una mezcla de antibióticos en su cuerpo. , por las razones anteriores deberá permanecer en cuidados intensivos un día después de esta cirugía. Es costoso y no tenemos ningún seguro que nos ayude a pagar este procedimiento. Tiene una afección cardíaca previa, implante de marcapasos en 2019 y trombosis venosa este mes (10/04/23) con isquemia aguda en pierna izquierda, tuvo que ser intervenido de emergencia con un cateterismo en dicho miembro inferior inzquierdo, motivo por el cual ahora no podemos cubrir economicamente la cirugia principal la prostatectomia suprapubica.
