My name is Cinthia and this is my little brother Sebastian Ceballos. He is 7 years old and will be turning 8 next month. He is currently hospitalized in Sinaloa, Mexico due to a severe kidney condition. As you can imagine there have been many medical bills piling up and he is not insured in Mexico.
