Sebastian Collins unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday 7th of January from natural causes. Sebastian was 26 years old and lived with Autism. Sebastian had only recently moved into supported independent living with an NDIS service provider and he worked two days per week at Bedford Industries doing packaging.

Sebastian was a generous, kind and loving son, friend, uncle, grandson and nephew. The circumstances of his passing have not yet been fully investigated by the coroner, but we do not believe his death to be suspicious. Sebastian was found unresponsive on the floor of his bedroom in his share house and sadly had already passed away. It is a great shock and tragedy for his friends and loved ones to lose him so young.

Sebastian will be cremated and the family is organizing a memorial service to celebrate his life in the near future. In lieu of flowers or other gifts it would be greatly appreciated (if you wish to make an offering) that you contribute toward funding of his end-of-life services.

Any funds donated will assist the family with the cost of the service and be put towards memorializing Sebastian in some way.
