On Wednesday, 22nd April, our community lost a beautiful soul.

Sebastian Carrasco — cherished son of Maria and Cesar, and beloved brother to Daniel and Benjamin — passed away suddenly at just 17 years old.

Sebastian was a dreamer with a bright future ahead of him. He was excited to finish his final year at Marist Catholic College Penshurst and had big plans for the life he was building. He was fun, intelligent, charismatic, and had a way of making everyone around him feel seen and valued. Anyone who had the privilege of knowing Sebastian carries a piece of his light with them.

His passing has left a profound emptiness in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who loved him. Heaven has gained a new angel, but here on earth, his absence is deeply felt.

Sebastian’s friends want to honour his memory in a meaningful way. In this time of unimaginable grief, we hope to ease some of the burden on his mum, dad, and brothers as they navigate life without their son and brother.
