Sebastian’s Memorial Service:
This Saturday October/20/2018
12pm-2pm. Reception following after
5630 N. Eldridge parkway suite#400
Ysenia’s son had a seizure 8 days ago at daycare and has yet to wake up. From what she was told, Sebastian was not breathing for approximately 7 mins. Paramedics were wonderful and continued to work on Sebastian even when she arrived at the hospital.
Ysenia’s faith is so strong but she is understandably weary and exhausted. Sebastian looks very peaceful as he lays while God works on healing him internally.
Ysenia believes in the power of prayer and when asked what we can do as Burnsisters, her response was “pray for healing, Sebastian WILL wake up”.
Ysenia has a smile on her face, but she knows there is a road ahead that is unpredictable. She is unable to work at Burn right now or go to school. Her focus is her baby! Her parents are there at the hospital and are very supportive. Her church is also involved and supportive.
Ysenia is very optimistic... her nose has been in the Bible and focused on God. She is so strong! Levels looked good today on Sebastian and today was the first day she got some positive news from the doctors. Now it’s just a waiting game.
He is in room WC404 at Texas Children’s West Campus
