After years of careful study, our dear friend Nick Zeller is ready for his soft (but crispy on the outside) launch of Sebagels on December 9th. While he isn't the type to launch a campaign for (sesame) seed money, I figured his enormous community of friends might be able to help his quest for bagel excellence.
