Seattle Chef Seeking Mutual Aid.

Hey, what’s up my name is Alexandra, most of you may know me by AB. I am a line cook born and raised in Seattle. The culinary arts have been a passion of mine since high school and for the last 5+ years I have dedicated my time to learning Italian cuisine. Specifically pasta, whether it’s cooking it or making it by hand. 

Recently a series of unfortunate events have caused instability in my employment. I have just relocated to the Central District for a new job I was really excited about, and that abruptly ended. My ask is to help replenish my safety cushion to cover the cost of living in my new space.

 Some positives are, I have a couple interviews on the horizon for really exciting positions, but as we all know, the employment and unemployment process takes its time. Things are very tight, and my future feels very uncertain, but I know that in times like these.. as hard as they are.. it’s crucial that I lean on my community and ask for help. 

Thank you for getting this far into my story and believing in me - I can’t wait to get back in my element and slang delicious, artful, and intentional food for y’all . Everything and anything helps.
