Following Suzanne going up to Salties Heaven on Monday, 13th October 2025, there has been an incredible outpouring of love and a shared wish to remember her.

Suz brought so much light, laughter, and saltie spirit into our lives — her kindness, quirkiness, and deep love for the sea touched us all.

To celebrate her, we’re hoping to create a memorial bench along Hove seafront, ideally near Hove Lawns, a place she truly loved. The council’s scheme costs around £3,000, and we’d love to raise this together as a lasting tribute — somewhere to sit, smile, and feel her presence by the sea.

Any extra raised over and above the costs of the bench will be donated to causes close to Suz's heart including RNLI.
