Seat elevator lift for wheelchair

Our Dad's name is David LaBree and he's in the process of ordering a new wheelchair. Going through the process he was informed that the new Medicare guidelines do not allow for payment of a seat elevator. If all goes well his new chair will be here in a few monthes. We're trying to raise some money to offset the cost of the seat elevevator. This elevator allows him to raise the seat taking him to eye level with people standing, to be at the stove to cook, reach into cabinets and closets, reach upper shelves in stores but most important to him, he will be able to "walk" with me down the aisle, arm-n-arm, at my wedding this October.  He's not one to seek this kind of help but this is an important function inhis daily life and we/he would be incredibly humbled and most greatful for any support that you may offer.
