Hi my name is Audrey , I’m an Irish Mammy to two beautiful boys Aiden 10 and Sean 6 .

Iv been a solo mom here in Perth, 3 years now . Like many others here in Western Australians , to have family support to fly out was not a option until recently.

 

Aiden was born with a rare disease called Hirschsprung , with a list of other medical needs to go along with it . Aiden and Sean are both Autistic and the most Awesome human beings you will ever get to meet

 

My world has always involved hospital trips and weekly therapy sessions. To say my life has always been full on is an understatement.

So I made the decision to relocate last year , as the isolation and no family here was getting to much to handle. Specially after spending Christmas on our own . The thoughts of that happening again is to much to bare. Specially when we have this beautiful Irish family waiting to embrace us back home .

 

Then My beautiful little boy Sean who is 6 ,on February 4th had the Pfizer Vaccine, since then my world has been sent into unbelievable catastrophe events one after an other .

Sean has developed a brain disease called Autoimmune Encephalitis as a result of the vaccine. We spent 18 days in hospital trying to treat him .

 

Iv been relying heavily on support workers to mind Aiden when I’m in hospital using up all his NDIS support funding.

 

I’m back in hospital again with Sean as he is still suffering horrendously with this brain Disease . This whole experience has made me want nothing more to be back home.

 

I’m currently sitting next to Sean in hospital waiting for him to have more MRIs , lumbar punch and bloods , today is March 31st . The consent worry of how Aiden will be cared for while I’m here with Sean . And will Sean ever get better and the unknown how long Sean will be in hospital.

It’s all taking its toll on me emotionally and financially.

The stress of everything has me sitting here writing about my current situation , to reach out ask for any help I can get .

 

So much love and support has already come in on #SeansStory️ and I’m truly grateful.

 

It’s really hard to ask for money when I know others are also doing it so tough.
