Sean Wimber's Road to Recovery Fund
Donation protected
Hello, and thank you for taking a little time to visit and check-in. I’m coming here today to share and ask for support for my big brother, Sean Wimber.
As many know, on January 27, 2024, while in Yorba Linda, CA, visiting family, Sean had a massive stroke and brain hemorrhage.
He was taken to the ICU at St. Jude’s in Fullerton and has been under the care of an incredible medical team, being taken care of in a way that I and my family couldn’t have ever dreamed of. We are thankful to God every day that if something like this would happen that it would happen in a place surrounded by family and a fantastic support system and medical team dedicated to Sean’s recovery.
As of now (2/7/2024), he is still in the ICU and had emergency brain surgery on 2/2/2024. He is healing now in the best way he can in a deep sedation (also known as an induced coma) while his body and mind rests. We love Sean so much and know how strong he is and that he will pull through this with the best quality of life.
Right now, we’re reaching out to our community for help. Sean’s wife, Madelaine, is with him, and they are both uprooting to stay close to family while he journeys on the long road of rehab and his ever-changing plans to recovery. The two will need funds for rent, living expenses, and some flexibility with being there for Sean in any way we can.
Thanks to all of you who have already shown your support to Sean and our family during this time. Every little well wish and prayer has been taken with the utmost love and affection, and we can’t thank you all enough.
Thank you with all the love,
Devan Wimber Pascale
