Sean’s downpayment

We are trying to raise money for Sean and his family. Sean was in a motorcycle accident and eventually he lost his leg due to the injuries he sustained. 
A welder by trade , up until the accident sean worked hard and was financially stable.  After the trauma of being in a coma, almost losing his dogs due to having no care for them to losing his leg any money he had saved was wiped out from medical bills and after care. Sean recently had a heart attack and found out the home he rents is being sold and he will be homeless soon. 
Sean was approved to buy a trailer but is struggling to find the downpayment. He has called 12 different agencies that help disabled people to prevent homelessness and poverty. None have the funds or are able to help him. 
We need to help sean to get the place for him , his dogs and his mother ( who is ill and he is her caretaker). We need to keep them together and help him.
