Sean Patrick Lukas 9-11 related PV Blood Cancer

My brother's name is Sean Lukas for many of you who know him from Bergenfield NJ. He is having a huge issue with PV blood cancer from rebuilding the World Trade Center and volunteering for the clean up. As a family, we have tried and just cannot cover the monthly medicine and co-pays for his cancer appts and possible treatments. He is 270 lbs in the photo above, he is now 178 lbs and can't keep weight on. He is on disability so he is not allowd to work. His health care and medical does not cover the huge price for treatment. He has had to choose treatment or food. that is why I became involved. We are all in difficult times and we are all in a struggle. I understand we don't have much to share. I post this here to see if anyone can help any way they can or dm us to let us know if there is charity cancer care given by an orginazation . Thank you all for your help. This amount will probably cover 3 to 4 months of treatments. We just covered two blood clots that showed up in his brain. He was a hard working man and feels shame to have to ask. Money will be started on weekly Phlebotomys to check blood and add back in healthy blood to try and stave of a worse cancer situation. Thank you in advance friends, much appreciated .
