Sean needs help from his friends

We are a group of friends of Sean's that have come to learn that he is in desperate need of help.
Sean has been living in his family's trailer for over 28 years. About two weeks ago, Sean called for help with mice getting out of control in his trailer. After hearing of his living conditions from my other half, an exterminator, I called a couple of friends, and the 4 of us returned on the follow-up visit to see the situation for ourselves.
Sean's living conditions are dire. Not suitable for anyone to live in. The floors have holes; the smell is unbearable, and flies were flying around inside the trailer. On the first visit to exterminate the mice, the mice were visibly running around, and things were moving as they scurried to hide. The mice situation has been reduced, but dead carcasses of mice were lying on the floor. There is a smell of dog urine inside, and it is unbearable. We could not stay inside long and needed to go back outside. Our shoes were sticking to what was left of the floor.
Sean has two small dogs, and it is obvious that they are not housebroken. We brought dog food in a plastic container so the mice could not eat through the bag and a few dog treats. His dogs are in desperate need of grooming. While we were there, we took Sean out for a bite. Sean received a phone call from his landlord stating that he would be evicted because his trailer was unlivable.
In the past, Sean has written, directed, and produced many movies. Most of you reading this note have somehow been involved in working with Sean. You gained some experience and a credit to add to your resume. Sean is not a freeloader. He has been hit pretty hard over the past couple of years. Sean has had numerous health concerns and has not been able to afford his medicaiton. In addition, the pandemic ended his job of 20 years at Comcast. Then his dogs, which he loves deeply, were taken away. Two were returned, but we now need to find homes for them.
Sean needs our help at this terrible time in his life. If we could all donate a few dollars to help Sean in his time of need. His trailer is unsalvageable. He would need a new one. I’m not sure if that is a possibility at this time to purchase a new trailer for him, but we can hope. If not a new trailer, then new clothes, food and treatment for whatever has caused him to fall into his present situation. If you can not donate money, a phone call, a ride somewhere he needs to go, a resource to help, or anything else you can think of would be greatly appreciated.
Time is critical as winter approaches, and he could be evicted anytime. We could legally extend his time before being evicted, but his living conditions are so bad that we need to get him out ASAP.
All funds will go to Sean. We are prioritizing his needs and addressing the urgent ones of having a place to live, food, medications, finding care for his dogs, and clean clothes first. The next level of importance is getting his license back, transportation, therapy and a job. Sean has been in contact with social services. He is receiving and pursuing additional benefits through them.
Thank you.
