Sean McGarr with Cancer Treatments

Hi All Sean Has recently been Hospitalized at Mease Countryside in Clearwater with a form of Gastrointestinal Lymphoma. We are currently waiting for the final test results and treatment protocol from the Oncologist. Here is the challenge Sean is facing, besides the obvious. Sean has very little in regard to financial resources and has no Insurance. The doctors are telling us that Chemo and other elements of the protocols will be very expensive, many times more than the goal we have set for this initial request for help. Estimates are $200k in the first year alone. We are working with State, Local and SSI to get him on some kind of assistance. What we are doing with this money is to ensure we get him started with the treatment without delay. We anticipate a final diagnosis and care plan late next week and need to have the funds available to ensure we get him the care without delay. It’s hard to believe but there are thousands of cases where uninsured patients are simply sent home after a cancer diagnosis. Consider this we all know Sean would give you the shirt off his back and shoes off his feet if you simply asked him. Now Sean needs our help. Our Goal is $25,000 to get the therapy started as soon as rhe Doctor lays out the protocol in the next few days. As well as to assist him with daily living expenses during his treatment.
