We are reaching out on behalf of a dear work colleague, Sean McCubbin, who is currently facing one of life’s most challenging battles—cancer.

As you may know, Sean has been a resident of Maldon his entire life and he has been involved with the Maldon CFA for over 30 years. During this time, Sean has held various positions including his current role as CFA Captain. Sean has spent his life devoting his time and leadership skills to the Maldon community, including the role of School Council President and the founder of Maldon Landcare.

Sean always gives everything 100%. His determination and courage in his cancer fight, is nothing but a source of inspiration. Sean and his wife Emma, along with their 2 young boys Patrick and Henry, love their life in Maldon and the Maldon community.

Cancer is not only an emotional struggle but also a significant financial burden. Between medical bills, treatment costs, travel expenses, and the many other unforeseen challenges that arise, it can quickly become overwhelming. While Sean has shown unmatched strength and courage, we believe that alleviating some of the financial strain will allow him and Emma to focus on what truly matters: Sean’s health and recovery.

Sean is a very important part of the Kaiser Operations family and to help ease his financial burden and show moral support, we are organizing a fundraising Auction in Maldon. Your contributions, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference.
