Hi, my name is Jaclyn Smith and Sean is the father of my 2 of my children, Sean and Nevaeh Perry. On Thanksgiving morning Sean passed away suddenly leaving my children without their father and his family without a son, brother, nephew, cousin, boyfriend, friend, and loved one. Sean was loved and liked by many, I used to joke that he was the flame to the saying " like a moth to the flame" because he was a great family member/ friend and would always be there for anyone whenever they needed him. Now his children are asking if you can be there for them in this time of need. They want to make sure their father receives a proper goodbye so that all his family and friends can say their goodbye to him as well. As we all know wakes and funerals are a costly burden on any family and asking for help is not easy for anyone. So, if anyone can and is willing to help, we'd appreciate it, and no amount is too small for Sean.
