Sean Helean's Support Sessions

Support Sessions is a unique vehicle to raise money to hire, and support New Mexico’s professional session musicians, local professional recording studios, professional producers, and engineers. In turn it helps our economy.  Hi, my name is Sean Healen, a New Mexico based professional singer/songwriter. The pandemic has had devastating effects on the music industry and venues. Too many professional musicians are struggling here in New Mexico, and the long term doesn’t look promising for our industry. I have a massive original song catalogue, and want these songs to create work. I want to pay forward, and hire my fellow professional musicians, studio owners and engineers to play, engineer and produce these recordings.
It all starts with a song. Your contribution will help struggling professionals produce fine recordings, and you will have helped facilitate recovery and put food on the table. How many of us would be making it through this pandemic without art and music? In dark times, the arts lift us up.
100% of funds raised will go toward booking the recording studio, session musicians, the engineer and producer. Musicians hired will be professionals who make their primary livings through music. Upon completion of each song, you will receive a copy of the song and can know that you have helped keep the fine art of recording and song alive, as well as contributed to the livelihoods of music professionals in New Mexico.
