Sean Bates -- Critical Condition ICU

I am putting this up for my brother Sean Bates and his family. Sean was in a serious accident yesterday evening while one a motorized skate board. We do not currently know the details of what happened except that he crashed, since he was alone at the time of the accident. He was admitted in critical condition to the ICU at Dell Seton Hospital in Austin, TX, with a fractured skull and bleeding in the brain. He is currently on a breathing tube under heavy sedation. While the doctors expect him to live, we do not yet know the extent of the damage to his brain, but we are praying for miracles.

He is married with five children, and he does not currently have heath insurance or a regular income. Given the extent of his injuries, we expect the hospital bills to be enormous. Any help you can provide will help take care him and his family. I or another member of the family will provides updates as they become available.
