Sean and his wife Dani

Sean Ruiz had a debilitating asthma attack the day after he married the love of his life, Christine (Dani) Long now Ruiz. Causing him to go to the ER in Greenville,TX.

Due to the condition of his lungs he was admitted and put on a ventilator to give his lungs some rest. After 2 days of no improvement he was flown to Medical City Plano on Wednesday 5/17, and put on ECMO(life support) to allow his lungs further rest.

Since being in Plano; Sean has made leaps and bounds. We are hoping he will be off all the machines by Wednesday, May 24 and fully aware.

Through all of this his wife hasn't left his side, keeping everyone updated. Sadly Sean is uninsured at the moment from switching jobs just over a month ago, and will be facing all the medical bills for his treatment the past week and his future care to get his 100 percent, as well as the regular household bills that are coming up.
