Over 15 years ago, at our very last school swim competition we promised each other that one day we would swim the channel. But life gets busy, and since then we've moved countries to the US, France, Singapore, we've gotten married, we've started companies, and finally 15+ years later we're coming together to do exactly what we promised each other: swim the channel. 

There's more...a few years ago one of our closest friends had a premature baby. We were all so scared for her and his life that we've teamed up with COSMIC - the charity supporting children and babies in the ICU. We're swimming to raise money to make the odds of a good life better for children & babies.

A bit more about COSMIC

COSMIC supports the children’s and neonatal intensive care units at St Mary’s & Queen Charlotte’s Hospital by helping patients and their families, and by enabling their dedicated team of nurses and doctors to treat hundreds of babies and children in intensive care.

They go above and beyond what the NHS can’t afford -- purchasing vital state of the art equipment, providing training for health professionals, funding a programme of groundbreaking research into life-threatening diseases and supporting families through one of the most difficult times in their life with one to one support, advice, counselling, accommodation for parents.
