I'm running the Middlesbrough Half Marathon on the 2nd of March in support of my good friend Trevor Jones.

Trevor is 40 years old with a wife and two sons aged 12 and 8. He has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 high grade Glioma, which is an incurable brain. Tumour.
