This fundraiser is to raise money for Sara and her family to help pay medical costs and unexpected expenses.

Sara at the age of 18 experienced a severe traumatic brain injury when she was hit by a car as a pedestrian in Kanata. Sara cannot feed herself, cannot verbally communicate and cannot move voluntarily.

Her family covers costs of any medical devices with minimum financial help. Sara also requires 24 hour care which is extremely expensive.

The annual Hope for Sara Tribute Walk Fundraiser is happening on September 13th which is when the donations will be given to Sara and her family. Everyone is welcomed to join the tribute. All details are on the Hope for Sara Facebook page.
