Darcey is 6 years old and was born with 4 limb motor disorder which is a form of Cerebral Palsy.  Darcey is an incredibly amazing girl who is very determined and has a winning smile.  Darcey would love to be just like her friends, she doesn't want to have to walk with her walker anymore. 
Darcey has just been accepted for an Operation at Great Ormand Street Hospital.  Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR), is a spinal operation which will reduce the spasticity in her muscles and will enable her to have more mobility.  For other children who have had this operation other areas also improve which include upper body movements, speech and concentration so for these children it is Life Changing.
This operation isn't available on the NHS so we need to fund raise for the operation and the intensive Physio she will need afterwards.
