We are raising funds to help our family get back on their feet. Recently, my uncle was rushed to the hospital due to a sudden stroke. It caught everyone by surprise and has left us feel uncertain. We are extremely grateful that he is doing better but due to the state that he is in, he is unable to move without some restrictions. The doctor estimated that he would need some time leading up to a year to fully recover. My uncle who I joke about being my second dad is a hard worker and is a family oriented man. Not only is he restless when it comes to the well being of his loving wife and kids, including the furbabies, he also makes sure that his extended family is also happy and healthy. I remember during Covid, none of us were able to work while in quarantine but my selfless uncle was the person who showed up to help which I will forever be thankful for. This is my way of repaying his kindness.
