Hello my name is Claire, I’ve been transitioning for four years and am ready to take the jump to to get my top surgery. It’s really hard for me to ask people for money and feels wrong sometimes but this is a huge gender affirming care issue where rarely insurance will cover top surgery for trans women. My breast are 80% my gender dysphoria. Living in the south is scared and I feel this will help being able to live more comfortably.
